Love these clever ideas of giving the good old circle and line transport sign a witty twist! When ever i see these It always makes me stop and appreciate them, going to and from the underground everyday, a nice break from those monotonous times!

These adorable retro style home furnishings by French designer Gaspard Graulich caught my eye while I was browsing frame mag. I love these little things that can give BIG persanality to a living space and it’s right up my street! Inspired!

Below is a step by step summery of a project I did last year for Levis. This project’s mainly about taking structure as a whole and trying to dismantle it in different aspects to create a final display/sculpture and art piece for Levis regent street and Birmingham shop windows.
The final exhibition AT LAST! this was my station and the best part was we could build our own space for our indivual concepts! The display came out great with every ones individuality shining through… I constructed my piece in 1:2 scale in wood as seen in the pics.
The final sculpture piece and the outcomes in 3D for the two levis stores window displays in Birmingham and London.
Singapore photographer Anton Tang offers us these adorable insights into the lives of Amazon parcels. Now that’s what I call thinking outside the box!
I finally decided I wanted to base my visual display for Levis’ stores and went with their current ad campaign ‘Go forth’… Visited London’s regent street store in april to see if they had finally opened and YIPEEEE they had. well it was a day well spent, scurring around the whole store lookin at everything from light fittings to clothes racks and installations… and I sure got a load of stares from ppl but what the hell! Its all in the love of work!
Yeay I can finally upload pics of my little sketch models.. I did these with thin strips of wood to get a more realistic idea…
well here are some pages from my developing sketchbook… there all rough idea’s of how how i want my piece to look like…. my style is very boxy like characters with impossible structures….
These are some work of Gary cards which I absolutely love… the sculptural elements he’s brought just by using masking tape and cardboard is fantastic..
Gary card has been one of my favourite designers and his work has helped me alot in this project as first hand research and to develop ideas. He has a quirky humor that shows in his weird sculptural pieces…
This amazing sculpture is called Informationleak and was created by graphic designer Richard Evans for his Final major project. What an Idea! The black against the white creates a minimalistic yet powerful mood. The illusion of the block letters dripping down makes the piece much more expressive.

These impressive works are by Utilitarian environmentalist Greg Hatton. They are structures of nature cleverly manipulated to represent everyday objects… quite different and inspirational I might add….
